About Me

I am married to my high school sweetheart, Joe. We grew up in Boulder, graduated from CSU and have in a few places but mostly here in Fort Collins since 1999. We have three kids who have all been apart of this awesome school. I love to spend my time in the mountains on trails, cooking, being active, and talking about wellness & helping others learn about their unique wiring &how we might bring good to the world.
